I am a born painter, so I know that I am created by the forces of Nature to be creative and that the energy I deploy [...] with lines and colours, making strong monumental, memorable images [...] are the final results from the energy of the food I eat [...] so that all my behaviour, my actions, my thoughts, my art, everything I do is a Cosmic process in which, if there are "ups" and "downs" its because that's the way Nature dances!
