The lower gilt section cast emulating wicker-work rising to a bulbous pierced upper section enamelled with four lotus borne on meandering scrolls, the recessed neck with a band of rosettes and surmounted with a wide gilt rim applied on either side with thin loop handles, all supported on a gently splayed foot enamelled with small blooms
