A large flintlock wall-gun
Probably Spanish, early 19th century
With shortened two-stage iron barrel with later belled muzzle, the octagonal breech-section struck with marks, large flat lock, substantial stock retaining the barrel with two large iron bands, the fore-end pierced for a peg-mount (missing), and large iron ramrod.
