probably Polish, 18th century, with unidentified marks
Plain cylindrical and on domed foot, the scroll handle with plain bracket, the flat cover with ball thumbpiece and inset with four coins and applied with a triangular plaque, the base further inset with a coin, the body engraved with three coats-of-arms, marked on inside of base
