A Porcelain Easter Egg
By the Imperial Porcelain Factory, St Petersburg, circa 1850-1860
Ovoid, one side of the gilt body centring a cusp arched panel painted with the Nativity, within a ciselé border, the reverse with gilt ciselé starburst medallion with foliate and ribbon ciselé border, the front panel signed with Cyrillic initials, apparently 'N.V.'
