Each emblematic of the elements, surmounted by a putto holding a torch and taming a dragon above six S-shaped candlearms issuing foliate nozzles and drip-pans, the vari-baluster stem applied with morning-glories, roses and other flora centering painted bouquets, the tripartite base applied with three putti holding attributes of air, earth and water, above a rocaille-molded scroll foot
