The rectangular tray with canted corners, the interior freely carved with a fenced garden terrace and various figures enjoying dance and wine, surrounded by a rocky riverscape, enclosed within a grooved rim, the exterior with eight qilin against a background of humped waves, the base applied with brown lacquer
