拍品专文

Unusual for its camel field color, this striking and small Isfahan rug maintains a traditional, slightly over-scale design centering a quatrefoil of lotus palmettes and cloud bands. The atypical border is dynamic, combining conventional palmettes with a flurry of rosettes punctuating scrolling vinery. Both ends are finished with original silk brocading.
