The kettle globular, engraved at the rim with strapwork, masks and baskets of flowers, with an overhead part turned wood handle, the conforming stand with openwork foliage swags and a central lamp, engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked under kettle and under stand, the kettle further engraved with a scratchweight '47"5'
13½ in. (34.2 cm.) high
gross weight 71 oz. (2,207 gr.)
The arms are those of Baillie of Jerviswoode impaling another.
