With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming manufacture of the present watch in 1948 and its subsequent sale on 23 December 1948.

Reference 650 was in production from 1937 until the 1960s and available in yellow and pink gold and in platinum.

The present watch is believed to be the only second example of this reference in yellow gold with subsidiary seconds to appear in public to date and furthermore the only one with the retailer's signature Bauer & Cia.
