PROBABLY QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The bulbous lower body raised on a spreading foot and molded in relief with archaistic designs, with two pairs of birds with long tails and entwined crests reserved on a leiwen ground below a narrow band of dragons and a band of upright blades on the trumpet-shaped neck
