See two similar tables in huanghuali, also carved with chi dragons, although with humpback stretchers beneath the shaped aprons, illustrated by C. Evarts, Liang Yi Collection: Huanghuali, Hong Kong, 2007, p. 121, no. 44, where it is dated to the 18th century, and G.W. Bruce, Living with Ming - the Lu Ming Shi Collection, Hong Kong, 2000, p. 113, no. 24, where it is dated to the 16th-17th century.
