The central baluster shaft issuing scrolled branches hung with faceted drops and joined by garlands of faceted glass beads, terminating with repoussé drip-pans and turned nozzles, the upper section fitted with further scrolling branches hung conformingly with droplets and beads, the lower section with a faceted pear-shaped crystal boss, fitted for electricity
