来源
'Sussex' chairs of this type with rush-seats were sold by Morris and Co. from c. 1865 and their 'simplicity and elegance of proportion' became a symbol for the William Morris look. The prototype derives from a chair found in the workshop of a Sussex carpenter and modifed by Ford Maddox Brown (See J. Andrews, Arts and Crafts Furniture, 2005, p. 21, pl. 13).
