Modelled by J.J. Kändler after an engraving by Jacques Dumont, wearing a white hat, fur-lined white cape, blue waistcoat with Sgraffito scrolls and circles and yellow leggings, playing the bagpipes and standing on an oval mound base applied with flowers and foliage (restoration to brush and brim of hat, instrument mouthpiece and pipes, hands and to a section at rear of base, chipping and restoration to applied foliage)
