Very good appearance. Levels into neck
Note de dégustation: Un violet prune; l' arôme de mûre du Cabernet, assez sucré au nez mais de courte durée. Il a un style fruité léger, assez attrayant. Mince. Un goût de bois en fini et très tannique. (...) Un an plus tard, le vin était plus profond que prévu, toujours d'apparence jeune. Nez et bouche bruts en premier lieu et très tanniques, en bref, pas un vin idéal seul mais par la suite il s'est ouvert pour devenir une boisson plus rafraîchissante. Déc 96 ** M.B.
Tasting note: Plummy purple ; a brambly Cabernet aroma, quite sweet on nose but its nasal trajectory, to use a clumsy expression, was relatively short-lived. It had a lightish, fruity style, quite attractive. Lean. Oak on the finish and very tannic. (...) A year after, the wine was deeper than expected, still youthfull looking. Both nose and palate raw at first and very tannic- in short, not an ideal wine to show without food but towards the end of our duologue, it had opened up and sweetened into a refreshing drink.
