Decorated with the green Queen Victoria pattern with scattered flower bouquets and butterflies, with ozier-moulded border and shaped gilt rims, with branch-shaped handles, comprising a large oval tureen and cover, 36 cm. wide, a low circular tureen and cover, 29.5 cm. wide, a two-handled double-lipped sauceboat on fixed stand, 27 cm. wide, a spoon, a large oval dish, 46 cm. wide, a pair of oval dishes, 41 cm. wide, two circular dishes, 32 cm. diam., a two-handled circular tray, 33 cm. wide, a deep square bowl, 25 cm. wide, a pair of leaf-shaped dishes, 20 cm. wide, eleven two-handled cream pots with covers and twelve saucers (one restuck cover and one metal replacement cover), thirty-five plates, 25.7 cm. diam. Christie’s charges a premium to the buyer on the Hammer Price of each lot sold at the following rates: 29.75% of the Hammer Price of each lot up to and including €5,000, plus 23.8% of the Hammer Price between €5,001 and €400,000, plus 14.28% of any amount in excess of €400,001. Buyer’s premium is calculated on the basis of each lot individually.
