with rounded sides rising to the slightly everted rim, the centre painted with lotus blossoms borne on foliated scrolls, similarly painted below the rim and on the undersides, underglaze blue six-character Kangxi mark; and a blue and white saucer-dish, painted with a central medallion enclosing a pair of swooping phoenix and peony sprays, the undersides with three peony sprays, underglaze blue Chenghua six-character mark, Kangxi -- 6 3/8in.
