of oval form, its recessed inkwell carved in the form of a twin-headed mythical beast above hanging tassels, with two butterflies to its edges, ivory fitted stand supported on short feet - 3 1/8in. (8cm.); and a Chinese silver-gilt domed cover with applied dragon head above its repousse decorated body to the surface, 19th Century. (2)
