A Regency brass striking spherical skeleton clock

With revolving rings for minutes and hours, the time indicated via an engraved sunburst mask with blued steel double-ended pointer, silvered azimuth ring, the silvered meridian ring signed Horne & Ash London, with the four cardinal points designated by brass mounts, the eight day skeletonised movement with twin chain fusees, anchor escapement with horizontal escape wheel, rack strike on bell positioned to the underside, supported on a tripod stand with folding feet; on associated circular rosewood plinth and under glass dome, pendulum
