probably Neale & Wilson, transfer-printed with three roundels of classical figures on an iron-red ground, the lower section reeded below a ribbed rim enriched in iron-red and black -- 4 7/8in. (12.4cm.) high, circa 1790-1810 (hairline crack to rim, slight wear)
