The pendant designed as an openwork plaque, centering upon a cabochon emerald, within a square and rectangular-cut emerald surround, suspended by a similarly-set stylized ribbon surmount, the reverse enhanced by polychrome enamel, to the three-strand pearl necklace, (one emerald and enamel motif deficient), 29½ ins., 17th century
The pearls have not been tested for natural origin
