The full plate gilt movement with chased and engraved cock, diamond endstone, three-armed monometallic balance, 'Liverpool' jewelling, stop mechanism to the alarm train, the unusual repeat mechanism operated by the rotating pendant, one direction for the hours, the other direction for the quarters, rack lever escapement, alarm stop-start lever under the bezel, the gilt dial with pink Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands for alarm, hours and minutes, in 18 carat two colour gold case with engine turned back and hinged cuvette, heavily embossed band with floral decoration
