A cream jug and tea caddy, possibly these two, are illustrated by Howard & Ayers, op. cit., p. 197, and were sold Sotheby's New York, 8 May 1974, lots 417 and 418; the caddy later in the collection of Henry Ford and sold Sotheby's, Henley, Oxfordshire, 5 December 1988, lot 196.
