QIANLONG GILT SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARKS WITHIN DOUBLE RECTANGLES AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

Each of rectangular section, the solid slightly flared sides with canted corners, rising to a lipped rim, decorated with pairs of confronted dragons on each face, divided by a formal lotus flower scrolls, above a border of lotus lappets, and below another of pendant ruyi heads and coral dots, the inner rim with a key-fret band, the interior and base turquoise glazed, the nianhao written in a line to the base
