The form of this bottle, its execution in deep coloured glass, and its decoration with wheel-cut designs are shared by a bottle in the Corning Museum of Glass (S. Carboni: Glass of the Sultans, New York, 2001, no.95, pp.190-1). That bottle is more similar in colour and quality of cutting to the previous lot; the green of the present example is very unusual.
