With shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to a flaring rim, covered overall in a rich crackled copper-red glaze, the thick, unctuous glaze intensifying to a dark red around the base and stopping neatly around the foot, the base with a crackled pale celadon glaze, rim chip restored
