Circa 1750, stamped I.B. CRESSON, with minor variations to the carving, the needlework partially 18th century and largely re-woven
Each scrolled and floral-carved crestrail above outscrolled arms, covered in floral and figural gros and petit point needlework above similarly-carved seatrail of C-scroll, floral and acanthus decoration, on cabriole legs and scrolled feet, one rear seatrail replaced and bearing spurious stamps, with differences to the needlework (2)
