Circa 1835, incised marks, probably Clauss
Painted and gilt with vignettes of stylised prunus, peony, chrysanthemum and other Oriental shrubs issuing from Chinese planters and vases, below gilt scale, diaper, fretted-stripe and pebble pattern sections, enclosed within scrolling foliage, broad gilt-line rims, comprising:
A teapot and cover
A hot-water-jug and cover
A two-handled sugar-bowl and cover
A milk-jug
A slop-basin
Ten teacups and saucers
