A smaller plate is in the Hodroff Collection, illustrated by D. Howard, The Choice of the Private Trader, London, 1994, p.49, no.18, where the author suggests that, in view of the consistency of the quality of the painting on dishes and plate with this design, they were probably made during a short period around 1715.
