Cast Xuande six-character mark, 17 18th Century
Modelled striding forward, its head turned sharply to the left and with a fierce expression and open jaws, stylised flame scrolls in relief issuing from his quarters, the hinged cover with a small ruyi-shaped aperture, decorated all over with irregular gilt splashes, hinge-pin lacking
