Oval, on four ball and claw feet, the lower rim pierced into scrolling foliage, the mid-part of the body with a band of engraved and pricked waves and dots, detachable domed cover with conforming decoration, the high-domed centre with cone finial, beaded rims, inside gilding, marked on base inner rim cover
