Winterhalter's portrait of the Queen in Garter Robes, bordered by old-brilliant-cut diamonds with diamond points mounted in silver and gold, the gold reverse engraved with the VRI cypher and M.F.H. 1891, in the original blue velvet case, the lining gilt stamped R & S Garrard & Co., Goldsmiths and Jewellers to the Crown, 25 Haymarket London.
