Three the Hague decorated porcelain collectibles
1776-1790, marked with a stork in blue
Gilt and painted in colours, comprising: an Ansbach porcelain ornithological pattipan of ogival shape, depicting chicken pecking, upon a root vignette, the shaped border with a floral garland, the edge enhanced with gilt ornaments, 16.5 cm. wide; a Tournai porcelain dish with three birds in a marshy landscape, the border with oblique panels in slight relief (à côtes torses), decorated with a purple ring intertwined with a meandering flowering branch enhanced in gilt, the shaped edge outlined in gilt, 23.6 cm. diam.; a cuspidor (kwispedoor) with globular body painted in colours with flowersprays, the flaring broad neck en suite, 12.7 cm. diam.
