The spirally fluted baluster shaped stem on shaped circular foot, with wavelike scroll borders, the detachable four branch light with central foliate openwork stem, the central light and each reeded branch with shaped circular drip-pan, baluster shaped socket and detachable conforming nozzle, marked on foot-rim, sockets and nozzles, the base also stamped GARRARD PANTON ST LONDON
