Tapering cylindrical and on three ball feet, chased with a band of foliage within beaded borders, the oval cartouche later prick engraved N. Wiik, 1874, later engraved beneath the base with WR monogram with Royal Prussian crown above for Emperor Wilhelm II, marked on base
