Painted with a view of Das neue Palais bei Potsdam. within a flared rectangular panel named in black script below, the rim and footrim with a broad band of gilding, the high beaded scroll handle enriched with gilding, the saucer with three gilt concentric circles (minor rubbing to rim of saucer) (2)
