This poster was issused to commemorate the opening of the Gleneagles Hotel on 3 June 1924. Situated on the threshold of the Perthshire Highlands and on the main line of the West Coast Railway, the hotel was opened by Mr.Arthur Towle, the controller of all LMS hotels in the inter-war period.
