Tapering cylindrical on spreading foot, with chevron decoration, the body decorated with three circular roundels on a horizontal band with geometric motifs in blues, white and transluscent red enamel on pale blue, bordered by foliate and floral scrolls on gilt stippled ground, within bands of stylized floral motifs, marked under base and on rim, in original fitted leather case stamped in Russian
