the leaf painted shepherds and shepherdesses in a landscape with a windmill, the reserves decorated with mica glitter, the ivory sticks carved and pierced with a figure by a well, the sticks with blackamoors bearing cornucopia, when closed the fore-edge is carved on either side with a seated man piping and the handle with a series of rings - 10in. (28cm.), English, circa 1740
