A Shibayama style silver, ivory and enamel flattened oviform jar and domed cover on four foliate feet with mythical dragon handles, inlaid in mother of pearl, wood and horn with a basket of flowers and a bird among peony between borders of flowersprays (some enamel missing) -- 5½in. high, signed on a mother of pearl tablet.
