Frank H.Moser 1886-1964, began his career as a cartoonist working on newspapers in Kansas and moved to New York in 1910, where he illustrated a strip cartoon called Fan Fanny for the Sports Supplement of the New York Press. Whilst in New York he teamed up with Paul Terry to form Terrytoons which went on to develop such classics as Felix the Cat. The 1937 film Vegetation was produced for the U.S. National Wildlife Federation.
