A SÈVRES PLATE en suite to the preceding, the centre painted with Tapisseries des Gobelins/Teinture. depicting men beside vats of dye, some billowing with steam, skeins of different colours drying on trestles, one man dying red wool in a small bucket and another wringing out pink wool, a ladle, fork, copper trough and sheaf of corn in the foreground (very slight scratches to enamels), incised DC and OS 10, 1M..21E in green, indistinct lustre signature, D.Y. and DG. 17. avril in gilt, printed interlaced C mark above Sèvres/25, 1820-35
