The arms are those of Ormonde for Walter, Marquess and 18th Earl of Ormonde K.P. (1770-1820), who married Anna Maria Catherine (d.1817), only daughter and sole heiress of Joseph Hart Pryce Clarke, of Sutton Hall, Derbyshire, on 17th March 1805
