A FRENCH GILT-METAL, TULIPWOOD, PARQUETRY AND MARQUETRY DISPLAY CABINET, inlaid overall with trellis and rosette on an ameranth ground, the chamfered rectangular breche d'alep marble top above a frieze centred by a relief of music-making putti and flanked by caryatid volutes, above a pair of arched bevelled glazed doors enclosing a green velvet lined interior and three glass shelves, the apron of each door centred by a floral panel, with glazed sides, on cabriole legs headed by floral clasps, repairs to marble top (the reverse stamped 1883G and inscribed in chalk GORDON LAWERENCE 27382),
