It is interesting to note the very close likeness to the Regency Dolphin console tables attributed to Marsh & Tatham and probably designed by C. H. Tatham for the Gallery at Earl Gower's Cleveland House, London. A pair of these tables was sold in these Rooms, 4 July 1991, lot 161
