In their third Cup Final in the space of nine years, Bolton defeated Portsmouth 2-0 in front of a crowd of 92,000, Butler and Blackmore scoring the goals. An identical medal awarded to Finney's team-mate, Bob Haworth, was sold in these rooms, Lot 104, 9th October, 1991
