The waisted tri-form body chased at the corners with elaborate foliate scrolls on a matted ground, the panels between surrounded by scrolls with a foliate drop-finial (one hinged as a door), surmounted by three panels with foliate decoration on a matted ground surrounded by foliate scrolls and rocaille rising to an elaborate flame finial, on a silver pole with three sections elaborately engraved with stylized foliate scrolls on a matted ground, the stem marked with Lisbon town mark--59½in. (151.1cm.) high
