FIVE MEISSEN FIGURES OF LADIES EMBLEMATIC OF THE SENSES, each wearing flowered and striped dress trimmed with lace, hearing seated at a spinet, the others seated beside tables laden with emblematic objects, on shaped rectangular bases moulded with pink and gilt gadroons (restoration to sight's neck, minute chips to lace, petals and leaves and other extremities), all with blue crossed swords mark, smell with a cancelled mark, Pressnummern 74, 40, 62, incised E.1., 75, E3., E.4., and E5, circa 1880
