A SILVER TEA URN, bearing marks for Robert Garrard, London, 1804, chased later, hemispherical on square pedestal base raised on four ball feet, the sides chased with broad frieze of flowering foliage on matted ground, and rocaille enclosed diaperwork reserves, the front engraved with initials and coronet within foliate scroll asymmetrical cartouche, two lion's mask drop ring handles, panelled tap with stained green wood anthemion handle, the detachable chased domed cover topped by bud finial--16¾in. (42.5cm.) high, gross weight 119.5oz.
